    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, regarding the issue of Mikinduri-Maua Road which Sen. Murungi had asked, I am ready with the answer. He asked about the date of completion. The Cabinet Secretary has assured us that the road shall be completed before the end of June, 2015, as per the contract agreement. That is what I can state for now. Mr, Speaker, Sir, concerning the other reactions by other Senators on the policy of stalled roads, I can only say that the issue of policy had not been requested. Therefore, I cannot address it now.
