But just for emphasis, let it be Tuesday because a part of the reason I am asking this question is that we want to challenge how those loans are being shared out amongst the counties of Kenya. So, if we do not challenge it early enough, tenders will be flying out. By the time we are challenging it, we will just be crying in the park. We would like to stop the way the money is being shared out because all Kenyans will be paying for these loans for 40 years."
