Is the Assistant Minister in order to say that the shares of Mumias were sold when actually it was their mistake, because the Sugar Act, 2001, clearly spelt out that 51 per cent of the shares of the company should be sold to farmers? They went ahead and sold to farmers individually. How would they know those shares were sold by farmers and traders? Is he in order?"
