    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true. If we do not watch out, the same trend will follow with all these other factories we want to privatize. The Government has already given a go-ahead to write off all the debts with the factories, so that we can allow privatization to move on. But, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the argument here. We cannot move as fast as we would have liked to move with the Bill because we have been waiting for the report of the Committee on Agriculture. We cannot even move before we get the report from the Privatization Commission. We are being thrown up and down, here and there. If there is something which can be done, let it be done as quickly as possible, so that we can move ahead with privatization."
