I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson of Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security on increasing cases of insecurity in Kakamega. In his Statement, he should stress on the causes of insecurity being experienced in Kakamega Town, the factors fueling killings, including religious and political rivalry; and lastly the measures the Government is taking to ensure that lives and properties of the residents of Kakamega are protected."
