    "content": "Bill is trying to repeal the existing Companies Act, which, as you know, dates way back to 1948. Therefore, the issues in the Companies Bill and the Insolvency Bill are very weighty and will require each Member contributing to really take a fair amount of time. That is the point hon. Eng. Gumbo is raising; but I can see there is a lot of excitement after the 10-day holiday.
