    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I stand to second this Motion, and say that these draft regulations are before us basically to attempt to streamline the management of the CDF. Once these regulations are gazetted they will enable the CDF Committees (CDFCs) and these hon. Members of Parliament to efficiently and effectively manage this Fund in a manner that will be able to give the desired service to the people in the constituencies we represent."
