    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a matter which this House mandated the Joint Committee to address because it is a matter of great concern to the people. Kenyans today are suffering as a result of these acts. Since Parliament has a duty to investigate and deal with matters of national concern, I see no conflict, whatsoever, with the law. So, this Motion has to be debated, so that the House can either adopt the Report or refuse to adopt it."
