    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, finally, I want to end by stressing the point that disbursement of these funds from the CDF board should not take a long time. As we talk now there are many constituencies which have not received the second tranche of these funds. So, I urge that it should be very speedy so that they save us on the ground, otherwise it is the MPs who suffer a great deal. Members of the public do not know whether it is the chair or fund manager who is responsible but only blame the MP. So, I stress the point that these funds should be disbursed as soon as possible."
