"content": "I am also supporting the fact that this Bill is going to introduce the people who will be going round checking for scrap metal. If we suspect that some premises are hiding scrap metal, those metals should be confiscated and the owners taken to court for engaging in that kind of business. I want to say that I support this Bill wholeheartedly because it is going to bring some sanity in the whole industry. I am told that over 500.000 people are involved directly in scrap metal business. Let us regulate it. I want to support this and I hope with that we will be able to send some signals to those who are destroying our infrastructure in this country. Thank you."
