    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I rise to support this Bill. This Bill is very important because it will bring order into the scrap metal business. We are aware that, that business has caused a lot of damage to the infrastructure in this country. We end up losing what is rightfully ours as a country. Scrap metal is taken out by unscrupulous businesspeople and, at the end of the day, some of the products from the scrap metals are re-imported back into the county. If this Bill is enacted, it will bring sanity to the sector."
