We may need to move amendments to the Bill to strengthen the clauses that touch on the export of those materials, so that they can become more expensive. It is likely that the people who will be buying those materials may be buying at a higher price than our local manufactures who desires those materials. The people who export the materials out of this country can easily corrupt the system and continue doing what we are meant to discourage.
