    "content": "I can term the issue of scrap metal in this country as an economic sabotage or crime. That should be punished very severely. What those economic saboteurs do to our road furniture is, indeed, appalling.Therefore, it is important that this House passes this Bill as soon as possible. I hope that once it is passed, the President will assent to it so that it can be implemented as soon as possible."
