"content": "Last but not least, is about export. Yes, it has been indicated that the CS and the Council can review and give consent to the exportation of scrap metal. This is a little bit dangerous and I want to concur with my colleagues. We should not allow the exportation of even a kilogram of scrap metal. That is because if we open a window where the CS and the Council can agree, then, maybe, we will be opening windows of encouraging corruption. I believe this country requires more scrap metal with what we are seeing on development and especially in the building industry. We do not have excess scrap metal for export. So, I want to believe that on that Section, as we are saying, we are going to bring some amendments through the Committee."
