(Dr.) Khalwale, both generally on what to do and specifically on the Bill that had been sponsored by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale with regard to the headquarters of counties. The issue here is that the Bill came and was committed to the Committee. The Committee held public hearings, but whoever was supposed to respond did not come for one reason or the other which is another issue that the House should look at.
