    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations on the deteriorating security in Turkana County. In the Statement, I would like the Chairperson to state whether he is aware that there is an impending massacre likely to occur in Kaptir and Nakwamoru region of Turkana County; a Mpeketoni/Lamu kind of atrocity that has been caused by continuous killings, livestock theft and destruction of crops in farms along the Turkwel Irrigation Scheme. Secondly, whether the Government is taking any action to avert this massacre."
