"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is related to the various questions that are being asked in terms of the flow of the questions. Once the question has been asked, I think there is some sort of grey area. What happens is that when a question is asked, it is supposed to go to the Ministry concerned and the Chairman of the Committee. I can tell you that there are some questions that have been asked here which I have never got on behalf of my Committee. Consequently, I am not even sure whether the questions have been forwarded to the concerned Ministry or not. `"
