    "content": "In relation to the matter raised by the distinguished Senator for Turkana, if you heard him clearly, he said that villages are surrounded. A matter having been raised here, even as we wait for a response tomorrow, this is the sort of matter which the Chair should actually direct the Chairperson of the Committee concerned to immediately, not tomorrow, get in touch with the security organs to avert a possible loss of human life. Tomorrow may be too late. I implore you that you direct the office of the Clerk or whichever office you find appropriate, to get in touch with the Chairperson of the Committee to communicate with the State organs in charge of security, so that that this be a pre-emptive action to stop the possible loss of lives. We have lost far too many lives in this country to sit back and wait for tomorrow. Thank you."
