    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for standing with me when I had a challenge. Three years ago, the then Prime Minister announced that people in the North Rift will not pay fees due to drought. Due to this, students refused to pay fees and there was no money from the Government. I am hoping that after the announcement, payments have to be made to schools because books and everything else required in school must be paid for. We should not paralyze our schools. Instead, we should enable our education system to be up to date."
