Musila and the Deputy President for coming out to support the issue that is of concern to all parents and learners. I want to request that the directive from the Deputy President should be in the form of a circular because most institutions rely on circulars or written communication for them to implement the directive. It is a good initiative and a good support to parents and learners within the community who depend on us as legislators. Let us support this initiative by coming up with a written communication or circular."
