    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to join my other colleagues to congratulate Sen. Musila. I also want to congratulate the Deputy President for giving those directives. We, as a Senate, are here to protect our citizenry. By saying so, I mean that we are here to protect, follow and observe the law. The head teachers or principals must observe the law. The law is very clear and I would like the Committee on Education to ensure that, by Friday next week, those principals who will not have released these certificates are taken to court.
