    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have formulated an IDP Policy which is going to be presented to the Cabinet so that all the people who have been displaced for various reasons will be looked at in a holistic manner. Currently, my mandate is just to look at the post-election violence victims of 2007/2008. I believe that under that policy, they will be able to cater for themselves."
