    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I wanted to raise a point of order related to what Sen. Murkomen has said. However, let me point out what is out of order. Establishing a facility such as a university is extending services to the whole country. Although the Senator says correctly that he is a doctor of medicine, those are two different things. When a hospital is established, it will serve the people of Kakamega, Mumias and Machakos. It is very wrong to try and imply that these facilities are set up to serve certain communities or groupings or political persuasions. It is mischievous."
