"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that he is not aware of the outbreak of the disease. My Question is quite specific. I wanted to know which disease killed hundreds of cattle in that location. I am also specific by saying that the animals died between March and early May. I got the information from both the Councillor and the livestock keepers. I would like to ask the Assistant Minister why he cannot dispatch his officers to go to Engilai Central, meet with livestock keepers and ascertain whether or not, the animals have died? It is as simple as that."
