    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister may be aware that, occasionally, such diseases occur in various parts of the country. Particularly, in the month of July, there is a likely outbreak of PPR on goats. That happens in Trans Mara and many parts of Kenya. What is the Government doing to manufacture the drugs and avail them to livestock farmers in the country, knowing that we have a perennial disease outbreak in the country, particularly, foot and mouth disease and PPR?"
