    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I have an issue with the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. Last year and, at the beginning of this year, I sought a Statement regarding the re-naming of Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani but, to-date, Safaricom Limited has fully taken up the stadium. The Committee is yet to respond. They have even not responded to many other Statement requests. I am worried that the Committee is not doing its job. I am asking for your guidance on this matter because we might not get a response."
