    "content": "(i) A public lecture will be held on Monday, 28th July, 2014 at the University of Nairobi, Taifa Hall, between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. The theme of the public lecture is “Separation of Powers, under the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 a Case for the 11th Parliament. The Speakers of both Houses will each present papers on the public lecture which will be responded to by four distinguished university professors.
