    "content": "This Bill also proposes the establishment of the National Mining Corporation which will be the investment arm of our country in the mining sector. We will try to strengthen it so that we do not follow the path of other investment vehicles that the Government has had in the past; that we have had to privatize. So, we will look forward to hearing from you on any other issues on how we can strengthen that corporation."
