    "content": "This is a very intelligent Speaker! Hon. Speaker, thank you for giving me a chance to contribute to this very important Mining Bill, Bill No.9 of 2014. I support this Bill subject to the inclusion of several amendments because I feel there are grey areas that should be addressed.
