Is it in order to re-visit a Question which has already been answered, when the only thing that was remaining was tabling of documents relating to the existence of private armies in a ranch? Is it in order to introduce matters which are totally irrelevant in order to prevent the Assistant Minister from tabling the proper documents in the House?"
