    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, again we need to be very careful because we have seen petroleum and minerals being sources of conflicts in so many areas. We have seen a lot of conflicts in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) between different communities. Warring parties are coming up. People want to break away from the Government because they feel they have a lot of wealth from the minerals. We must come up very strongly and see how we can curb such kind of issues so that we do not again break our country when it is a time that we should be moving forward and making this country industrialised by 2030. So, in such a case we need to have a conflict resolution mechanism to do with mining so that in case such issues arise there must be a board which looks into the grievances and sorts them out."
