    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, again on employment there is child labour. We have seen so many children being exploited like in the DRC where they undertake mining of gold. This is very serious and I think as we move forward with this Bill we need also to put in place measures to avoid child labour. This is because we know minerals are precious and everybody wants to be involved in them because of the big money which is there. I am very sure that with these kinds of discoveries you will see a lot of school dropouts because they are driven by the money from the minerals."
