    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a good Bill and from the outset I want to state clearly that I support it. In this country, we have had an import bill in excess of 50 per cent from oil. We know that we have discovered oil and natural gas in various parts of this country and our goal should be in making sure that this brings prosperity to this country and not misery as it has been the case in other countries. So, I would like to tell hon. Members to compare countries that have had these kinds of resources like the DRC and South Africa. You can clearly see the difference in how you handle these kinds of natural resources."
