    "content": "Initially, the companies that do exploration might not be the ones that end up getting the oil from the earth. It might not necessarily be the initial company that sunk in billions of shillings into the discovery of these resources that ends up getting the oil out. So I would like to urge our Members to be considerate to those companies that put in a lot of money initially and are not certain that they will recoup their investment in this. So, we need to be considerate about the benefits that accrue to it so that we can attract additional investment in this sector to move this country forward."
