    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what I have tabled in this House is a constitutional court review of the issue, touching on the presence of those AP officers. That is why I am saying that discussing the issue of whether the AP officers should be withdrawn or not, or their presence there, is sub judice. Beyond that point, I am a stranger and I cannot discuss any other matter. I am addressing the issue, which has been raised by hon. Karua in this Question. This is Parliament, and we must respect the other arm of the Government which is the Judiciary."
