    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of cost of money in this country has been there for some time. I think the Chairman will remember what celebration there was in this country when we passed the “Donde” Bill. Under that Bill, the total amount that a borrower should pay back to the bank in terms of interest rates should not exceed twice the amount borrowed. So, I would like the Chairperson to clarify whether that rule is still in force or whether it has been forgotten. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
