Is it in order for the Chairman to continue telling this House that the continued high profits of the banks are unacceptable without telling us what the Government is doing to reduce or stop the situation? Is he in order? In certain jurisdictions, the Government sets a ceiling and says that if you make more than 20 per cent of a certain set figure, the amount above is surrendered to the Government. The Government has the opportunity and the ability to do this. Is it in order for you to continue lamenting instead of giving us solutions?"
