The Chairman should state who is responsible for Kenya’s image overseas, whether it is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Information, Communication. Two, how many public relations officers we have in those stated foreign countries; three, how many are Kenyans and how many are nationals of the respective countries; and, how many lobby companies Kenya has in our key embassies."
