    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am perturbed with what has happened given that this message came straight from the Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. This did not happen in my own constituency only. What was reported by Citizen happened in Loima Constituency. Turkana South and Turkana East were also affected. This is happening at a time when the Government has taken all the troops to guard Ngamia I, the oil discovery in Turkana. I am getting messages from Turkana that we may have to stop these operations. If the Government is only interested in ensuring that Kenya gets oil at the expense of Turkanas dying in the hands of the Pokots, then we will stop these operations.
