    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I beg to reply. (a) The following criteria is used by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in establishing youth resource and empowerment centres all over the country:- (i) confirmation of availability of land by the District Youth Officers in consultation with the District Officer (title deed or allotment letter from the area council); (ii) availability of part development plans; (iii)regional distribution; (iv) confirmation of support by the Constituency Development Fund Committee; and, (v) availability of funds from the Exchequer. (b) The Ministry intends to construct, at least, a youth empowerment centre in every constituency. The construction of an empowerment centre in Mosop Constituency will be considered in the next financial year alongside other constituencies."
