"content": "I know of a Governor whose workers in the rural village are paid a salary from the taxpayers. Even the boys who take care of my two bulls, I do not pass over that bill to the taxpayers. I have a salary and pay them myself. I also pay the house girls who take care of my children. We must be very forceful.
