Speaker, I want to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate the Chairman for presenting this report in this House although it has taken more than six months since it was asked. Some of the responses have been overtaken by events, but I want to seek a few clarifications from him. Response to part “(c)” talks about how long the distribution will take. It is indicated in the report that the distribution for Turkana County was done in January and March 2014. The response says that two more months were required. When is the next review of the situation? The situation remains as it was and this can be justified by the 30,000 people from Turkana West and Loima who are currently in Uganda in search of pasture and water. When is the next review because the situation has not changed since then? The other distribution was supposed to be done in April and May. What about June, July and other months?"
