    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I want to add my voice to the sentiments by my colleagues. There is a very serious drought in my constituency and many others in northern Kenya. People and livestock are at the verge of death. Like hon. Kamama has said, if we are going to say that there is devolution, we are going to leave our people to perish. It is right that this House and the national Government stepped in to save our people."
