    "content": "I agree with the issue of protecting our national heritage and as a Committee we are going to pursue to ensure that it is protected. When it comes to the issue of specific funds, I agree with hon. Cheboi that we should create specific funds for the maintenance of specific national heritage. But just as I have said, it is the issue of inadequacy of funds that has made it very difficult for us to make sure that every part of the structures of Government are funded adequately. So, I believe that the Government has goodwill to ensure that all national heritages are protected."
