Speaker, I seek clarification on this very pertinent issue because as we talk about national heritage, some very senior Members of Parliament have talked about the external side of KICC. If at any point in time the Chairman would clarify how much Samsung has been able to pay for the upkeep of the KICC, would they say how much in maintenance is going towards the upkeep of the toilets at the KICC? This is because I have evidence and I can tell you that the people who go to the KICC have a very big problem because there are no lights when you go into those bathrooms. That, from my point of view, is a big shame. How many billions of dollars do we need just to fix the toilets in KICC?
