    "content": "The other issue that I cited is that, let there be a provision of quick response to the victim, especially when a case is reported. Let there be something like an ambulance provided in the constituencies, so that the victim can be rushed for medical attention. I also said that there should be some proper mechanism for protection of the victim’s rights."
