    "content": "The Bill will address all these issues and victims will feel protected; the proposal that there is going to be a fund to take care of victims is a very good idea. Some of the victims, like the ones who are physically challenged sometimes get molested or even get raped because of their disability; some of these incidents are never reported. I think the board being established will come up with very good structures on how to make sure that physically challenged persons are attended to whenever they are victimized by offenders."
