I think that most of the time when people talk about protection of victims, normally we only refer to things like domestic violence and rape; we do not look at the bigger picture. I think that this Bill looks into many issues that should be raised like protection of the victims, fairness to the victims, compensation and many other things. But the most important thing in this Bill that I would like to support is the fact that there should be creation of the fund to assist the victims.
