    "content": "As I was saying, Kenya is endowed with a lot of mineral resources. We have seen that in some countries when they discover mineral resources they end up being in war - they get into a resource curse. To protect ourselves from getting this resource curse, it is important that we have a good law to govern the mining of the mineral resources. Therefore, this Bill is very timely."
