    "content": "wheeler-dealers are sabotaging the State of the Republic of Kenya because Kenya is aspiring to produce more energy. As those people deal and block every attempt to mine the coal in Mui, we are losing time; important time, because our State hopes to increase the amount of power in our grids with coal. However, everybody comes up and puts a road block at every turning point and demands their cut. I hope and pray that this Bill will help eliminate those wheeler-dealers."
